This application form is used to apply for a restricted electrical worker's licence for interstate or New Zealand applicants under mutual recognition.

Fees payable

Please refer to the schedule of fees – electrical and gas for the relevant fee for your chosen occupation. You are not deemed to be registered until the fee is paid in full. Please note fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.

Cheques should be made out to the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
