New licence qualification 

A new qualification has been added to the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Regulations 1979 (WA) for the grant of a Real Estate and Business Agent licence in Western Australia (WA). The new qualification is the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) CPP51122, replacing the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) CPP51119.

While the CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) course will cease to be available for completion from 19 April 2024, after that date, provided you have completed either CPP51119 or CPP51122, you will be able to use either qualification to apply for a licence.
