Infringement Notices under the Building Act 2011, Building Services (Complaint Resolution and Administration) Act 2011, Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 and associated regulations.

The purpose of this note is to provide guidance on the issue of Infringement Notices for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Act 2004 Part 2 by officers  authorised by the Building Commissioner or a specified employee of a local government.
