This General Inspection (Snapshot) Report Nine (GIR9) was undertaken to assess how well the Management and Supervision Policy and Management and Supervision Questionnaire are working in practice. The objective of GIR9 was to assess whether claims being made by applicants could be supported by evidence to ensure the policy is an effective tool for assessing these important registration requirements.
