As of 23 July 2016, some client services of Consumer Protection will be located at the Mason Bird Building 303 Sevenoaks Street Cannington.

Licensing and bonds services moving to Cannington office

Licensing and bonds administration services are moving to the

Mason Bird Building 
303 Sevenoaks Street Cannington.

The move will relocate Bonds Administration, licensing, trust account monitoring and audits, home buyers assistance account (HBAA) as well as compulsory professional development (CPD).

In preparation for moving over the weekend, the following services will be unavailable on Friday 22 July 2016:

• Bonds Administration services at Gordon Stephenson House (GSH) will close at 12.00pm.
• CPD, HBAA and trust and audit services at GSH will close at 2.00pm.
• Licensing services at the West Centre will close at 3.00pm.

We expect the majority of services to recommence by 10.00am on Monday 25 July 2016 with Bonds Administration recommencing operations by 10.30am that day.
