Licence not current? No CPD points

You must be the holder of a current certificate of registration or triennial certificate to attend the mandatory Compulsory Professional Development (CPD) training.

If your triennial certificate or certificate of registration is not valid at the time of completing a mandatory CPD training session, then you risk not being accredited with the mandatory CPD points. Accordingly, prior to making a booking at a mandatory CPD session, please ensure your certificate is current.

You can access the Consumer Protection’s Online Licence and Registration search to confirm your expiry date. You can also contact the licensing team by telephone on 1300 304 064 to enquire about the status of your certificate.
