From 1 November 2023, we will no longer accept lodgement fees by credit card for co-operative forms submitted by post.
If you intend to pay by credit card, once we receive your form you will be issued with a Payment Number (PN) so that you can make payment using our secure online payment portal.
Alternatively you can take your completed form and pay by credit card in person at our Cannington office or any of our regional offices.
