The 4th Australian Lean Construction Conference will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre from 12-14 August 2014.

Hosted by the Lean Construction Institute of Western Australia in collaboration with RFID for Energy, Mining and Construction, the theme of the 2014 event will be “Smarter and Leaner Projects in Australia”.

"The conference brings together global best practices from internationally acclaimed practitioners and innovative technologies to overcome the challenges facing the industry today," said an event organiser.

"With Australia’s competition increasing and project costs spiralling, every company’s goal has become to adopt “lean” as a culture."

The conference is an opportunity to hear from experts in the field and take part in interactive workshops.
