Limited partnerships

Once registered, incorporated limited partnership have certain ongoing obligations related to conducting business.

The partnership must:

Display the Certificates of Registration in their registered offices.
Include the follwing words/initials next to their business names on all stationery and documents: “Incorporated Limited Partner”, “ILP” or “I.L.P.”
Maintain a registered office in Western Australia.

Incorporated limited partnerships must also notify Consumer Protection of any changes to the register partnership.
