This form is to be used by people applying to be registered as building practitioners with the Building Services Board.

Set 4 is the registration pathway for applicants who have five years full-time experience in supervising or managing building construction and sufficient experience to gain knowledge and skills equivalent to those possessed by a person who has successfully completed the Diploma of Building and Construction as referred to in Set 1.

To be accepted under Set 4, a Diploma must be gained through recognition of prior learning, completely through an assessment of experience. If you cannot meet this requirement, you may alternatively complete the Board exams, or apply under a different Set.
