This form is to be used by people applying to be registered as building practitioners with the Building Services Board.

Set 2 is the registration pathway for applicants with five years full-time experience in supervising building construction and who are either registered under the Architects Act 2004, or who are members of the:

  • Royal Australian Institute of Architects;
  • Institution of Engineers, Australia; or
  • Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

If you do not have this membership or registration and experience you may be able to register under another pathway.
