Part A - Form 05 building practitioner set 1 initial application

Part B - Statement of Building Experience

This form has been revised and is available above. Older versions of this form can no longer be accepted when submitting online. Any applications received online that include a form with payment details will be deleted.

This form is to be used by people applying to be registered as building practitioners with the Building Services Board.

Set 1 is the registration pathway for applicants who have a Diploma in Building and Construction (Building) and seven years of experience in carrying out or supervising building work.

If you do not have this Diploma and experience you may be able to register under another pathway.
