BondsOnline sign-in is now via My Account. Your account was migrated to a My Account sign-in page where you access BondsOnline.
On the My Account sign-in page, enter your username and password and click ‘Sign in.’ Your username is now your email address. You must have a unique email address that is not used by anyone else.
After you have signed in using My Account, select an option to continue. Click ‘Real Estate Agency’, ‘Landlord Organisation’ or ‘Individual Landlord.’
You will then be prompted to select a specific entity from an expanded list, noting that you may only have one entity or account listed depending on how many entities you are authorised to act on behalf of.
When you select the entity, you will be taken to the BondsOnline Home Page for that entity.
If you’d like to see what the new sign-in process looks like, please see the video on How to sign-in to My Account.
To return to the Main Page, click the ‘Main Page’ tab in the right corner. A confirmation pop-up will appear advising you that you will be exiting the BondsOnline Home Page for the entity. Click ‘Continue’ to exit to the Main Page.
To sign out of BondsOnline, hover your cursor over your name in the right corner and click ‘Sign Out.’
To create and manage BondsOnline user accounts, you will use a separate portal called the WA Relationship Authorisation Manager (WARAM). WARAM is designed to create and manage user accounts where a business entity has multiple staff accessing services like BondsOnline on their behalf.
If you’d like to see how to send a BondsOnline invitation through WARAM, please see the video BondsOnline - How to send an invitation.
If you’d like to see how to view and remove user authorisations for your agency/organisation in WARAM, please see the video BondsOnline - How to view and remove authorisations.
The Department of Mines, Energy, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) is working to improve privacy and cybersecurity and make it easier for you to access all department services from one place in the future.
