On 14 November 2012, the Government tabled in Parliament a draft Bill to reform the State industrial relations system. The draft Labour Relations Legislation Amendment and Repeal Bill 2012 has been tabled as a Green Bill, meaning it is a Bill for public comment. Interested parties have now provided written submissions on the draft Bill.  More information
